[C++] 프로그램 실행파일의 경로 가져오기

ini 파일을 읽어들여 프로그램을 셋팅하거나 할 때, 간혹 실행파일의 경로가 필요해질때가 있다. 이런 경우 아래의 소스를 이용하면 실행파일명을 제외한 나머지 경로를 구해올 수 있다.
